5. Next comes potential buyers wanting to see your property. I will arrange appointments that is convenient for you the seller and the potential buyer.

6. Once a buyer is found, there may be some negotiations. If that is needed, I will be involved along with you throughout the whole process.

7. Now the day has come for “closing”. This is when the end of the deal is near, and possession of the property is transferred. This is a very important day. I will be there if any questions arise before papers are signed.

Counteroffers and Addendums are used throughout the negotiations process. You may have to sign counteroffers or an addendum to modify specific terms of the purchase.
